Hello, I’m Frank Dyer, but many know me as Uncle Frank. I wear many hats – husband, father, business owner, author, and ordained elder – but most importantly, I am a servant leader with a mission: to transform lives, businesses, organizations, and ministries by helping people understand finance and operations. I believe that when you know your "WHY," everything else – your "WHAT" – will follow.

 

For me, discovering my "WHY" came through a life-changing experience. A few years ago, I was given a life-threatening diagnosis. That moment, when I realized I might not have much time left on earth, made me ask: "What would I do with my life if God healed me?" I believed in God’s healing power, and through His grace, doctors, and the courage of my daughter – who made a life-risking decision with a stem cell transplant to save my life– I am here today. And I’m here with a mission to help you reimagine your relationship with money, finances, and operations.
